first entry of the year hah.

never thought it would come so fast.

haha i just drank sparkling juice! non-alcoholic alternative :D

sat, new year's eve, there was canoeing cip at bishan again. this time, it was big scale. around 150 blocks, i think more people than that and with a target of $4000. at the beginning, i was rather angry at being made to come. after all, it was new year's eve, i had a party and all and my mom was quite angry at me not being at home on nye. so we started at 8, huijun and chungyan were in my group! great :DD after awhile, it got rather fun, going from house to house, tying newspapers, lugging heavy stuff down and up stairs and most of the time seeing people's appreciative faces (: that was great. even tho some had nothing to donate, they were very nice and appreciative of what we were doing. shawn came haha, then elaine (: elaine and me realised that lots of people in bishan keep dogs! ooo they were scary but cute! hahaha and we saw lots of cute toddlers who would stand at the door and stare at me while their parents got the stuff. haha and there was one who stood at the door and gave sharon and me her teenny winny pants, proclaiming proudly "i cant wear this anymore" mann she's cute! left with jun, lain, jo and weiqi at 8 cos i had to get home. i'm glad that i went and did something good to end off year 2005!

and i just got the great news today that we surpassed our target, which was $4000. the total collected was $4367! woohoo.

got home to the partyyy! family countdown cum cousin's bday party haha. did random stuff, took stupid photos and played cards with my cousins! hahah actually most of the time we played cards. ate strawberry shortcake! one of the most delicious cakes ive ever eaten. yarn's three on 31st dec! she really cute can, she goes RABBIT-bit-bit-bit-bit! hahah :D all of us counted down at 12 and popped crackers and yam seng with wine (actually adults with red wine and kids with sparkling wine heh)!!!! mann i think we woke up the neighbours. but the atmosphere was fantabulous :DDD deserves a hundred :Ds ! hahaha had to clean up after the party tho and slept close to 3. great way to welcome the new year! :D

went to church on sun for mass, home then had a bbq with my other side family at changi beach! haha ulu place but the airport and the planes were nice! haha ate good food la and got xmas presents (:

schools starting in less than a day!!! can you believe it, IP2! new year resolutions? maybe.. haha im not really a person who ever manages to keep her resolutions, considering the other years :p heh study very hard!!! that's the best (: 2005 was a rather good year, lots of new stuff and environment, new wonderful friends, definitely a year to be remembered! (: i miss stnicks tho haha!! lets hope 2006 will be a better year for everyone! heh there's grade6 theory, nats, grade8 practical, higher chi and malay o's, endless trngs and lots more stuff in between. jia you everyone, study hard!! (:
