Chasing Pavements

gosh being a warden (: we went row by row holding the collection pole thingy, and eber said that he accidently pushed it into a woman's book while she was singing. it snapped shut, she stopped singing. and looked up at him! fwahahah hilarous (: i think wardening's fun!

today i saw two incidents that were quite horrifying in different ways.

first after before church, i was walking with my dad when suddenly we saw this girl and her dad. the thing was, the dad was tying the girl's shoelaces. and mind you, the girl is around my age, prob sec two or three, which is at least fourteen years old. !!!!!!!! the dad was kinda old. gosh the girl didnt seem embarrassed at all, she was laughing and smiling, even though people around were obviously commenting. really...

the second was when i was going home from causeway point this evening. we were about to go down the escalator when we heard this 'thud' (it was loud enough to be heard) sound and this father grabbing a baby from the escalator floor. horrors of horrors, the baby had fallen out of the pram at the top of the escalator. that was the thud sound and he was wailing and screaming and red-faced. poor poor poor baby. i think the mother was trying to push the pram over the curb at the top of the escalator while talking to the baby's grandmother. she didnt even realise that the baby had fallen until the father turned back, wildly snatching up the baby. how could something like that happened!! we were like really shocked. i hope nothing bad happened to the baby. he looked really sweet.

that was today, with the afternoon spent frantically calling jade, colin and i looking like idiots carrying four A4 sized boxes and 11 thick styrofoams at bp plaza and on the bus (lots of ppl were looking at us weirdly at popular), freeing cfc into the air - LOTS (sorry clar!) and other stuff. haha proj was funnn. i hope our model turns out good! hah it will right jade and colin? (:

to colin: it was NOT funny waiting for the bus. you evil person, how could you laugh at me -_-
