i think my school life is screwed, seeing that i dont really know what i need to complete for tutorials and homework and im missing alot of lessons because of 3 and a half days of missed school. im so smart, i forgot to bring back chinese textbk for tingxie tmrw when i went to sch today.

Day one of Nationals today. sabu gave us a really nice, touching and true note which made me feel like crying. most of us got thru to the finals. for those who didnt, im sure you guys have done your very best. dont lose hope, continue trng hard for the next race! im proud of you! :D
thank you so much to all the seniors who sent msges, gave us prep talks and always believed in us. and the rest of the team. like sabu said, when i first joined canoeing, i would never ever have imagined that i would be racing in a k1. my only wish is that sharon could be here with us. finals on thurs. girls, we'll give our best no matter what the outcome. make them bleed and have the courage and heart.

beautiful song. it really inspires me and touches the human heart. i guess the most important thing is to beat yourself. its not about others but whether you know that you have put in your utmost in trng and the race. not giving in to pain and fear even though you're first or last. i never realised this until some months ago. but how true if you really think about it. it is you who decides whether to perservere and only you yourself can answer the question of whether you've done your best. it isnt easy, really.
