I realised on my birthday that victor was born one year before me on the same day, so Happy Birthday to him too!

Today's K1 trng was really tiring. First time I sprinted in a K1 since natl schs. I am so tired now that I haven't really talked the whole night. Did the 1000 programme with the seniors and lagged a lot at every set. Look at the disparity of their standards and mine... tmrw's gonna be another tough trng.

Not rowing in Natl Schs DB in the end, hence the trng at macR tmrw. It'll only be 9 of us around! Haha. To the junior team plus those seniors that are rowing, all the best for the races tmrw. I know you all will give your all. SDBF is where im gonna put everything of me in. im gonna make the best of the last race with the seniors before they leave.
