First there was Obs and Holt, now there's confirmation camp and Faith! this year has had the best school camp and church camp.
Confirmation camp was held at Sarimbun camp this year. got split from chung yan and the other people i knew better and i was in Faith, not really knowing anybody. warmed up pretty soon and started enjoying myself. we had a mud bath! literally slapping mud on each other, giving each other mud hugs and all. wet sloppy mud from the ground :D wrote our confirmation name with mud on our tshirts but they got covered by all the mud in the end. heh then there was raft building where zach and justin's scouts experience came in handy, night walk, campfire, dance competition, limbo competition and lots of ghost stories. had mass, confession, talks and all. candle fight the next day, then it was clearing and packing up. it was a pretty short camp but we got to know each other so much better! everyone agreed that the camp should have been held earlier since after confirmation we probably would see each other any more without cath class.
great camp! Faith rocksxsxs. we should like have outings (=
the only downside was that i missed the junior/senior girls team lunch :/
the team did it! double champs again. im so so proud of all of them. the guys weren't talented at all but they've worked so hard to get to where they are now. the girls, no less effort too. im so glad to be in the same team as the seniors, seeing their desire to achieve their goal, their passion and committment and their willingness to bleed.
